1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MFT Forbit's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services
MFT Forbit provides digital marketing, web development, graphic design, video editing, social media management, and AI automation services. All services are subject to availability and our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due as per the agreed payment schedule in the project contract
- A 50% deposit is typically required before project commencement
- Final payment is due upon project completion and approval
- Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Project Revisions
The number of revisions is specified in your service package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. MFT Forbit retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback and necessary materials
- Communicate clearly about project requirements
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Provide accurate information and content
7. Cancellation Policy
Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Completed work will be charged proportionally.
8. Limitation of Liability
MFT Forbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gujranwala, Punjab.
